About

Selen Aktar

Selen Aktar started with energy work in 2014, using homeopathy for her family and herself. She started doing specific guided meditations to overcome some of the conditions in her family and still continues to meditate daily in order to show up as the best version of herself to the world. She, then, studied ThetaHealing® to help others heal from the conditions of their past, to overcome their limited beliefs and live their lives as happily as they possibly can as she believes that it is our birthright to be happy, healthy and abundant. She studied Family and Systemic Constellations in order to add another method in her toolbox where she can practice in a group or individually.

She believes that she can support others as she has been in their shoes and has enough empathy and guidance to help them break-free from the conditions that do not serve them any more. Selen is an empathetic, loving and caring person who is also very intuitive and guided to take the best direction with people she works with. She strongly believes that anyone can break free from any health condition, money issue, work problems, relationship difficulties and other limitations because there is no limit to what humans can achieve as long as they believe it is possible. Sometimes we need a trustworthy and loving person to walk the vulnerable path with us who believes in us where we do not and that’s where she comes in.

She is a wife and a mother to a wonderful son and an amazing daughter. She has child development / psychology background where she worked extensively with children and families. She has a published book on ecological living written in Turkish that has 5 editions. She also did volunteer work in the Town of Andover, MA in USA where several other residents and herself initiated compost, food rescue and recycling in all 10 public schools in the town. She was also one of the three town residents where they sponsored two articles and passed the “plastic and polystyrene food, beverage and cutlery ban” in the town in May of 2018.
